How do I fix a system that has experienced a power surge?

I have a BC Black Wii that got fried during a storm. The power brick is completely dead [tested it on a different Wii], and a brand new power brick won't power the system up.

I was wondering if there was any way to replace any fuses or something such as that on the motherboard, or if I have to replace the entire motherboard.

Vadr64 check the SMD fuse by the AC socket and see if that one is still showing continuity. It may have gotten destroyed during a power surge. The fuse is a KOAC 6.3A just in case you need replacement.
