if this is a goofy question, well, sorry about that. here it goes:
got a 13'' MacBook (not a pro) white, mid 2009, in perfect working condition, with 4 gigs of ram and 500 gigs hdd / 7200 rpm (brand new). i'd like to know if it's possible to replace the white laptop body entirely with an unibody case, or if you would trade it with an unibody and, if yes, for how much)

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately, the internal layout/connection/port setup of the unibody casing is completely different, so you can't just swap it out.
In terms of a trade, the best we can do is refer you to the sell your Mac page, have you fill it out and enter in the situation, and see if the money compensation is acceptable to you.
