Freezes upon startup. Why?

My iPod touch freezes up on the "Swipe to Unlock" screen. Then,when you are able to unlock it, guess what happens? It freezes up again. Also, when you get it to work, they WiFi is greyed out. Also, I have tried restoring it and all that other stuff. Please help, and thanks in advance.

Options

It looks like a problem with the wifi flex cable. This part of the mother board control the touch screen and the wifi.
