itunes won't launch error 13001

I recently installed a SSD drive and moved the original drive to the DVD slot (w/adapter) all works good, I have OS (snow leopard) apps, library and users on the SSD and files containing itunes and photos on the HHD.. I have linked the foto files w/iphoto but itunes will not open.. I get error 13001.. if I try to add a new folder (Control open itunes) I can choose the floder but it comes back saying missing file, I think it's the .xml file? I copied that file from my Imac and put in the folder but nothing changes.. any help?
