jodi, you might want to take a look at your base support. I suspect that you have a broken or missing suspension spring or leveling spring. Of course, make sure that your load is equally distributed when you place it in the tub. You can download the service manual from here and on here is an excellent tutorial about some of the repair to your washer. On the attached image, number 7 is the leveling spring, number 3 is the suspension spring and number 6 is the leveling mechanism link. Hope this helps to get you started. Good Luck.

+ It is either a spring or the washer isn't sitting level. The front legs screw in and out. The rear legs are suppose to be self leveling but sometimes they get stuck. The rear legs have angled guides/slots on the back of the washer. To level the washer undo the water hoses. Put a stack of books or pile of clothes in front of the washer and pull the washer forward until it is laying on it's front panel on what you have put there. Brush some lithium grease on the guides. Try to move the rear legs lower - raise. If they move they are good to go. If they don't move smack the farthest one out with a hammer - they should now move freely. Lean the washer back on it's feet. Put a level or a glass of water on the washer in front of the lid. This will tell you which front leg needs raised or lowered. After you have the front legs leveled, open the lid on the washer and use the opening to pull the washer towards you. This will raise the back end off the ground. Gently lower it and the washer should now be sitting true.
