I have a similar problem:

During calling no soud both ways via speaker/headset/normal phone to ear (they can't hear me and I can't hear them). All works perfect in skype though.

The home button has been replaced by someone else. This made the phone unbootable, I fixed this by replacing the power/proximity cable.

Please help me.
