LCD does not light

When the phone is turned on, the LCD does not light up. I have replaced the flex ribbon, the touch screen digitizer and the LCD. There is the opening sound when phone is intially turned on and the touch screen vibrates to touch. The phone sounds to be working but no visable screen. how can I fix it ?
