I cannot type messages keypad last line(z thru m)not working

Hi I dropped my iPhone ,from that onwards I have problems typing text.keypad last line (z thru m) and backspace,caps key not working.

Options

Open up the phone and disconnect the digitizer ribbon (#2) and reseat it. It's possible you knocked it loose or something. Make sure the phone is off when doing this.
