My K20 Pro screen broke however I only see replacements for Mi 9T Pro, are these the same thing?

I would say yes, they are. If you look around at sites selling replacement screens, there's an Amazon seller who is offering a replacement screen that it says will work on the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro, as well as the Mi 9T and 9T Pro.
In addition, if you look at the description for the Mi 9T Pro device page, you'll see the following quote:
Mi 9T Pro
Mid-range phone released September 2019. Alternatively named Redmi K20 Pro in China and India.
So yes, you should be good if you buy one for either phone; they're all the same. This guide should work to do the replacement too.
