Only backlight comes on

I just put a new front screen on my iphone and the only thing that comes on is the backlight. It vibrates and makes sound but its a light blue screen only, nothing else is coming up. I followed the steps on the guides but im thinking something is loose. Im sure its an easy fix.

try to conntact the Iphone to ITUNE program and see what the message you have got missing software it will light the light on or maybe you need to restor the Iphone by using thre program any way follow the program step and see
