How do I open or clean the scroll wheel on the mouse?

If iFixit does not have a teardown for the mouse, you should either see if you can easily pop out the scroll wheel, or if there are screws on the bottom for disassembly.
However, if it just needs a little cleaning, take a can of compressed air and shoot it in the openings around the wheel.
