Replaced Battery, Now Only Speakphone Works

I replaced the battery on my phone, and I think I damaged my #3 Ribbon Cable, because I can only hear through the speakerphone. Can I buy just the front panel assembly or front panel kit instead of finding someone to replace the ribbon cable
