Why does my speaker stop playing lower volume sounds? (JBL Essential)

The sound and connection work perfectly, but when I turn the volume to around 10-20, it stops working until I turn the volume back up again.

Nevermind, I just had to turn the speaker volume down a lot and use my PC volume to adjust it however I wanted it to be
