Is it ok to set my heat gun to 250C to fix the YLOD?
I have a heat gun, but I don't know which the temperature is right because it has the temperature from 250C to 450C. Can you please help me?

Not just okay, but a definite must. Remember that you must reach adequate temperature on the solder joints itself. Keep in mind that the distance to the solder will decrease the temperature and keep the length of time of exposure in mind as well. Use the attached images of a reflow profile as a guide. There is also great information in this document. Here and and here as well are good writeups about how to reflow. Hope this helps, good luck.
