Everytime I turn on my laptop the hp logo shows up and disappears

Everytime I turn on the laptop it keeps on showing the logo and disappears for a few seconds and shows up again I even try to change the bios settings and it still don't work it keeps doing that even tho I turn it off and turn it back on still so I need help fixing that

If you interrupt boot a few times in a row (hard shut it off by holding the power button) will it boot to automatic repair?
