950mAh or 1200mAh replacement battery

I'm planning to replace my battery on my 4th gen iPod model A1059. Can I use the high capacity battery or do I have to use a 950mAh? Thanks for any input.

as long as the battery physically fits (including the connector), there's no problem using a higher capacity battery in your iPod.

I've seen several vendors selling various capacity batteries for this model iPad, including 1200mAhr and even 1350mAhr. (I've not replaced the battery myself in this model, but I have installed higher capacity batteries in my 3rd gen and mini)

I think as long as you purchase from a reliable vendor that states the battery will fit your particular model, you'll be ok
