I recently dropped my iPhone 4S and shattered the front screen. I happen to have my old iPhone 4 still good as new. Can I put my iPhone 4 display assembly on my iPhone 4S?

BlackOps, here is a quote from this question "The connectors are the same for the digitizer and LCD and the screen will function properly between the models but the parts are physically different and will not fit either way." Read some more about it on here and here as well. Right now I am saying that it will not fit, unless heavily modified. Hope this helps, good luck.

yes, but you have to but the correct surrounding bracket/frame thats holds the glass to rest of the phone, you can buy this from amazon or google shopping, and a new screen is only 25/30$ on amazon so don't bother trying to pry off the old one and hot gluing the new one because its very difficult for someone who hasn't repaired phones in the past, iv repaired over 100 iPhones and about a dozen iPads and i don't recommend this repair for the inexperienced.
