According to the 2010 Mazda5 Owner's Manual, the liftgate lock is supposed to be engaged/disengaged by the remote, the driver's door outside lock being used with a key, or the door lock switch on the driver's door.
The fact that it doesn't appear to lock with any of those methods would seem to point to the locking solenoid in the tailgate lock. It appears to be non-functional and stuck in the unlocked position.
On page 3-14 there are instructions on how to unlock the liftgate should the battery be dead or in case of an electrical malfunction.
I can't say for sure, but it seems as though this could be used in reverse to lock the tailgate manually since the electrical locking doesn't seem to be working.
I'd say give the instructions on that page a try and see if you can lock it by hand; that'll at least let you leave your car without worrying that someone can just walk up to it and open the tailgate. I've located a service manual for your car but it'll take me a little while to locate the proper information to try and fix the actual problem.
UPDATE
Okay, I located wiring diagrams for your car that show the liftgate lock mechanism. It appears to be operated by two wires that plug into the lock; one is Red with a Black stripe (R/B) and the other is Red with a Blue stripe (R/L). When you engage or disengage the locks, you should get 12V across these two pins.
If you do get 12V, then that implies the lock mechanism itself is bad and probably needs to be replaced. You'll need to double check for yourself, but this looks like the part you need.

If there's no power to the plug, then you've got a problem with the wiring. If that's the case, it should be pretty easy to track down since it's localized to that one single lock given the other door locks all work.

Hello Jerry, thank you very much for your interest.
MAZDA model is 2010. The door is the tailgate.
So the tailgate closes, but it doesn't look, like the other doors.
So when I leave the car in the park station, I cannot leave nothing into the car because the tail gate could be opened easy from the open button.
I didn't see any look button.

I'd like to clarify your question a bit if I may.
First, by "back door", you're referring to one of the rear side doors, rather than the tailgate, is that correct? If so, is it the right or left door?
Also, does the lock work under any circumstances? For example, does it work with the remote but not the driver door lock, or does nothing lock it? How about manually; does the manual lock button work?
Finally, what year is your Mazda 5? Is there any submodel information we might need for looking up schematics and parts?
