Display is bigger than should be on iPhone

The display of all the apps is large and I am unable to see them on one page and cannot operate them properly. I have tried turning off the phone off by pressing the round button and the top button at the same time but this has not helped. I do not know how to reduce the size of the displayed icons/apps

Sound to me like the accessibility feature for visually impaired users. To disable it double tap the screen with 3 fingers. "Zoom can be enabled on iPod touch using iTunes when you’re setting up iPod touch for yourself or someone else, or later, using the Accessibility menu in the Settings application on iPod touch.

A simple double tap with three fingers instantly zooms in and out 200 percent, and you can double-tap and drag three fingers to adjust the magnification between 100 percent and 500 percent. " from the manual that you can get right here. Hope this helps, good luck.

Josh - please work on your profile so you can get notifications with the @joshw designation. BTW making old man jokes around here could be likened unto drawing a sharp blade across your own throat ;-)

Josh W no Sir. 450% is the max my OPV (old people vision) can tolerate. Have to use these for everyday use. Give it enough time, you'll get there too....;-)

Thanks mayer, I think I fixed it.

I'm blessed with perfect eyesight. As long as I wear my glasses, and its not dark out, and the font is large and there aren't any colors.
