I got the problem that the display backlight of my MBP 2009 13" flickers rapidly like 7-10 times a second. And a scraping noise which is louder when the screen is brighter. When the backlight is off the scraping noise disappears.
I just changed the display but no change. An external display works without any problems.
I hope theres a fix for my problem.

Defective CCFL backlight may have the following symptoms: Screen flashes on red/pink and goes off. Picture stays on in red and slowly be come normal. Picture flickering with dim display. Picture flickering on and off. All these symptoms indicate that the LCD backlight lamp (CCFL Lamp) has reached the end of its life.

And the CCFL Backlight isnt located within the new LED? I just replaced the old LED with a new one from ifixit. And the color of the Screen doesnt change a bit its just that the Screen gets darker and goes back to the brightness before.
But where can I order CCFL backlight for my MBP A1278?
The shop posted within your link doesnt provide CCFL for Macs.

I'm just stating the symptoms of a defective CCFL, I don't know where you got your replacement from. And you didn't read the link I gave.

But the Display from my MBP is with LED backlight as far as I know.
