Hi @alishalynn,

That's a difficult question to answer without doing some troubleshooting; there are a lot of reasons a phone might get hung up on the Apple logo.

I'd say you should start out with the iPhone X Troubleshooting Wiki articles. Go through them and give the suggestions there a try and see if you can get the phone to do something different.

Outside of the resets suggested in the articles, there isn't a lot of things to check without opening up the phone, so obviously those are the things you'll want to try first.

Really about the only thing you have any control over is the charging of the phone, so make sure that's working. You'll want to check the charger itself either by using a different one or trying it with a different device to make sure it's working. Same goes for the charging cable; try a different one or plug it into a different device.

The last thing to check is the charging port itself. Get some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl alcohol, a toothpick and an eyeglass microfiber cloth. Clean out any and all gunk inside the charging port; if possible check your work with a magnifying glass and a bright light.

You can also try wireless charging and see if that does anything different since it won't depend on the charging port or cord you used previously.

Assuming the troubleshooting articles and charging doesn't help, that's going to leave you with trying to do a full restore using DFU mode. Note that this will wipe all of the data on your phone so unless you have a current backup you'll want to save that as a last resort.

Anyway, go through those troubleshooting pages and let us know what you try and what results you get and we'll see if we can figure out what your next steps should be.
