Problem with my finger sensor

My finger sensor got jammed and I could not operate I managed it with my virtual sensor, 2 days I had complete black screen then I revived.I approached a Third Party repairer he actually refurbished with new Operating system and when I took it back and reloaded with the back the system hung Apple service provider replaced the screen an expensive option it costed 130 u.s$ but now when I wanted to restore my back up from my macbook pro my Iphone says cannot proceed further it needs a password I have not created any password Its mind boggling how do I restore . I should not have bought an Apple product all they are fleecing us, they will never prosper

The origin of your problem is just a minor defect in your product.

Restoring your data always comes with your Apple-ID (which is usually an e-mail) and a password. If you try to reset, a couple of characters. Try to find out which mail it is.

When you did the backup to your MacBook, it would have asked you if you wanted to use a password. If you say yes it will save the passwords on your phone along with the password-protected data such as your health information. Saying no means you don't save everything, but you don't have a password to remember.

It sounds to me like you used the first option of adding a password for your backup; that's the password you need in order to restore that backup. You'll just have to figure out what you set that password to.
