I can click on to menu but not move down to any other option but if I press on skip it works both ways, just con not scroll or adjust volume. Have do factory reset but not helped any ideas would be welcome. Thank you

You need to replace the scroll wheel. You can find one at at eBay.

I have the same problem, the only diference is that it work for a little while when I set the hold buton on and off. any answer?
