lens not retracting, camera won't turn on

my camera worked well and then suddenly, the lens would not retract and the camera won't turn on. after pressing on button it beeps 3 times and then dies. i have tried all the tips (charging battery -it is full, putting on then pressing review button, but still nothing.

Options

Maryke, check on this site. It is a generic suggestion, but I found that it has worked for most of my lens errors. A replacement is available, just in case yours is truly broken, at places like thisand you can find the repair guides right here Samsung L100
