i have downloaded a foreign language app. and require that language keyboard to search, so i have enabled that keyboard. now the phone is locked . i cannot log in to the phone. every time i try , the foreign language keyboard is pop up. i need english keyboard to log in. what can we do this situation? thanks

touch and hold in the input area for 3 secs (not on the digital keyboard but where the text would appear). when you release there will be an "input method" pop up button. click on that and then select your english keyboard.
that should do it if I am understanding your problem correctly.
