Why my laptop charging on/off after hit 50% capacity battery?

I have been changes my laptop battery with a new one as the old battery cant hold for a longer time. Then, after the changed I notice the new issues when I want to charge my laptop the charging will suddenly on/off after the battery capacity hit 50% above. Can help me figure out what this issues caused by? Thank you

Laptop model: Acer Aspire P645-sg

Battery model: Acer AP12A3I battery

Options

If your system can only be charged to 55-60%, it may due to conservation mode or the custom battery charge threshold may be turned on. Use the following steps to turn off the function: Go to Device, My Device Settings, Battery. If you are using Lenovo PC, set conservation mode to off.
