Power Button doesn’t turn on when pressed

Hello, lately it seems like my JBL BoomBox’s power button isn’t automatically turning on once pressed. It takes a few tries with different pressure levels.

Are you able to disassemble it enough to access the motherboard?

I did disassemble it. I found the problem but idk what the little grey piece name is.
