If it is make a sound like " grgrgrgrgrgr", one of the gears are broken and if there is no sound, the motor or gear might be broken or something is stuck and not letting it move

Yea I bought a flex borad off ebay and it didn't turn on the 180 and 160 so I don't know if it I fried the main board or if the flex board is broken but I bought a camera lens for the 180 cause that was the problem with it so I go to plug the lens in and it doesn't turn on I see that there are multiple scratches on the flex board so I bought a elph 160 and I scratced that one and I bought a new one off ebay and it didn't turn on so i don't know if it's the flex board or the main board where would I buy it off Ifixit ?

Devesh Semwal since this got converted from a comment to a question, we need to know your exact camera model. There are multiple reasons why a lens can be stuck. The mot common one is dirt between the barrels and a lens that has come of track. Start by following some of the suggestions made on here
