Not oVer heated just not reading disk

I bought a recently Refurbished Xbox 360 elite. I bumped it & it made a scratch ring around my disk. Now after that my Xbox is not reading any disk I put in. What do i do?

and here is a video that will give you an idea how to replace the laser head. Check on here to see if that repair will resolve your problem. Identical issue to what you experienced.

You could try adjusting or replacing the laser. Make shure u get the correct laser for ur Xbox.
