My quest 2 was dropped and I think the camera has broken

A family member dropped my quest 2 and I have a feeling one of the lenses broke. I’ve factory reset it and I’m unable to use controllers and most of the time there’s a total black screen. If I get a question I’m unable to use sensors from my controller or headset to continue.

I drop my oculus and one of the camera is broken and it say tracking is lost what I need to do

Options

Try inspecting the front cameras for any sign of damage. If they are, it may be necessary to replace the cameras.
