Lost Display after replacing MagSafe 2 DC-In Board

Hi All ,

I followed the below instructions step by step and changed the dc board successfully and reconnected everything back

MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Mid 2014 MagSafe DC-In Board Replacement

However when I powered it back on I can see it is charging again however it just displays a black screen and no display. Keyboard light comes on as well and the apple logo light on the back lid also turns on. Not sure what is wrong ? It has been charging for more than 15 minutes and still no joy. Anyone able to help solve or identify the issue .

Thanks

Sounds like the display cable is not seated or got damaged. Follow the guide back to Step 7 unplug the cable and take a nice tight picture of the connector end of the cable and a second on of the logic board connector and post them here for us to see.
