Why does it loads but never gets into the desktop?
when i turn on my laptop at the start it just loads but never gets into my desktop, why is this ? and how do i fix it ?

Sounds like it is not fully loading the system or has a glitch in the system. Try booting while holding down the "Shift key" to see if you may have added a boot up problem. This can also be caused by bad blocks on the hard drive with system info on it. A reinstall of the system may also be in order.

okay, but when i holded down the shift button along when i turned it on there was a bar and it was loading but after it justs loads but it still doesnt go in
