As well, haha, I have this bracket which I have no clue where it came from.. PLEASE HELP A NOOB OUT

Steps 32 and 33 here show how the metal hinges and plastic dust guards go back together.

Step 23 of the same guide also shows the plastic clips in place to the right of the optical drive.

Refer to Majesty's comment for the memory bracket.

Those small white pieces might be the ones that go near the hinges. I need to see a picture of these white pieces and the bracket in question. You can post the pictures right on your question.

Those are all pieces that attach your display assembly to the bottom case. The white pieces are to be seated directly on the metal pieces, one on each side, if I recall correctly the larger of the two pieces goes on the left side, U have to sit those small plastic pieces so that they sit flush with the bottom case as they prevent debris from entering the insides of your machine. The grey plastic pieces go along the sides of your bottom case, near the optical drive and the opposite side. Those grey plastic pieces secure the topcase to the bottom case.

Those white pieces are tricky I taped them to the hinge attachments so I wouldn't have to bother trying to figure out which one went where and how to set them up properly. Just fiddle with each piece till u figure out which piece goes on which hinge.

MacBook Core Duo Right Clutch Hinge Replacement If you look at step 3 of this guide it shows the "L" bracket and steps 30-32 show beautiful close-ups of the hinges and how the plastic pieces are placed. Good luck, this should help.

The bracket is probably the one that goes in the battery compartment and held in place by three screws.
