white bar in the right side of the screen

suddenly i have a white bar in the right side of my screen which i can't see most of the screen from it but when i put pressure on the screen it disappears

You have a TAB (tape automated bonding) fault on your LCD. Your problem is caused by a connection failure of the transparent electrode layers to the video driver board on the LCD. You need to replace your screen/LCD/display.

Display cable or LCD screen is most likely the culprit. I would first connect the MBP to an external monitor to verify the logic board integrity. If everything works OK on the external I would remove the MBP bottom panel and reseat the video cable to the logic board. Problem persist ? Time to replace the display assembly or if you're enough skilled, open the display assembly and test with a known working display cable but you must be aware that vertical lines are most of the times caused by a defective LCD panel electronic board which is a non removable part of the panel.
