Can I use parts from the NWZ-S736F mp3 for my current mp3?

Hello, I currently have a Sony Walkman NWZ-E436F mp3 player and I was wondering if I could take parts from the NWZ-S736F mp3 player and use them to replace parts from my current mp3 player? The two mp3 players look very similiar, which is why I am asking this question. I specifically want to replace the front screen and the back cover of my mp3 player.
