Dropped Headset, wont connect to controllers

Any idea if its a part that can be replaced?

The controllers connect but disconnect right after and keep doing that in a loop. The console is on the setup screen because it was factory reset.

try going to the blututhe conection and conect them or try replacing the baterise in the controllers
