Won't turn on and light is off

hisense smart TV won't turn on. The red light underneath the TV is off as well.

How can I fix it?

Hi,

Have you checked that the power outlet that the TV is connected to is working?

If connected to a powerstrip (power board) connect it directly to the wall outlet and check if the red light turns on

Was there a storm or power outage just before the TV stopped working?

Please confirm the model number of the TV?

Options

First plug in the outlet another device to see if the outlet is functional.

Then check with a multimeter (continuity test) if the cable is OK.

If the cable is fine, then most likely the problem is in the power supply
