Is this what is causing my a71 not to work?
The ribbon cable is ripped is this causing the phone not to charge ?

Malek Hussien your picture is very out of focus, so it is impossible to make out what you are wanting to show us. Yes, that broken ribbon cable could be the issue. You will have to replace it to fix it.

That won’t affect the phone working. That’s just an antenna and what’s missing won’t affect anything. Need more on the phone before you opened it up.
Malek Hussien @strongbow is correct. This image (thank you for reposting) shows the antenna flex. That will not stop your phone from charging. What else have you checked? How did this flex get damaged?
