My replacement screen will turn on but no apple logo appears.

I recently replaced the top half of my 2019 MacBook Air. I followed all the steps, and when I went to turn the computer back on the back light of the screen was working, as well as the keyboard and the trackpad, but there was no Apple logo that appeared. Is there anything I am missing?
