Why my power button and capslock light are on but my pc not on

when i plug in charger or battery on my pc the power button and capslock and the yellow and white lights on the front are on but my pc won’t turn on

Thanks for your response there is no blinking on the power button light and the caps lock light even the front white light but the orange light on the front is blinking always and the pc is not turning on

Did the LED's blink in a certain way or was there any beeping? Usually the sequence correlates with an issue on the computer. Worst case if there's no LED sequence or beeping and you just have the LED's on, then it's most likely a motherboard failure
