Phone stuck on restarting over and over.

My Samsung Galaxy A13 5G did an automatic update. This was an update by Samsung. When I woke and checked my phone it had a dark screen and in red letters was stating that phone could not be started? Im sorry but can't remember exactly what it said. Basically, I was stuck on that screen. I tried restarting and also tried restarting in safe mode. But it only went to that screen. Next day my phone opened to Oden mode?? Well, it's been a week now and on the third day, it will not do anything unless it's plugged in to charger. And when I plug it into the charger it will act like it's restarting and shows the Samsung logo and the little android guy but won't go past that. It then goes and tries to restart again and will do this over and over seconds apart. You literally cannot do anything with the phone because there is no screen to do anything on. Just the phone restarting. I've checked to make sure buttons are not sticking. They are not. I don't have a cover on my phone. And there is no glass screen protector on it. In trying to fix this, I've read lots of stuff to do. But most has to do with the phone on, and a working screen. There has got to be a way to fix this to where I can at least factory reset. I can't even do that because of the constant restarting. Help please. I can't find anything that has come close to this problem. Thank you.

Have you tried holding the proper button combination to enter recovery mode while your phone is doing it's restarting to see if it goes into recovery mode? Try letting the battery drain completely then once it has depleted hold the button combination to enter recovery mode while plugging it into a charger or computer and keep holding the button combination until it starts up and hopefully it goes into recovery mode then try to do a factory reset.
