Brand New. Rode this morning. Now it won't turn on after I fully charg

Wanting know what to do now that it won't turn back on. I was riding when battery ran out. Fully charged battery again and now it's not coming on. It's the hover 1 alpha scooter

Did the light on the charger go red or green when it was on charge.
