My A 71 is frp locked help me please!

I have my A 71 frp locked so I have several problems to use it (forgot my google password so I can pass use it.What I have done? I have seen allmost videos on youtube but nothing works,I flashed anothe stock firmware but ls that is not working.The problem is that (I tryied with two different computers) that the handy in normal mode is not regnised only on download mode (on normal mode just recharge ).Atm is wIth android 11 I canT downgrad but I think I will be able to upgrade to android 12 but...that will sort out the problem or not? Is the frp locked the reason why no computers are able to detect on normal mode the handy?

flashing stock firmware won't remove frp it needs to be a combo file, the only other ways are use an unlocking box or paid service. heres a company that can remove it but you may lose the data thats saved on the phone unless you have already reset it. https://www.imeigurus.com/

n to pay no thanks I found a few tutoial on hw t make cmb files/firmware but cant finde realy all files from stock firmware so I suspect it dipends on firmware country and so on The combo firmware are only for android 10 and I cant downgrade do u thnik that cable is not detected why is frp locked?

@susan84 did you put the phone into download mode for flashing ?

@tech_ni yes I did only on download mode the handy is detected from computer (that is why I was able to flash firmware with odin) On recovery mde instead adb not detect any device.Maybe ls my mistake to keep data s why I dident make the repartitiOn with din I can try to upgrade firmware and select repartition maybe will be that the solution ..I upgrade to android 12 nothng to do :/
