My touch pad is touching itself randomly while i'm using it.

While using my touch pad, it will begin placing finger marks in the upper right hand corner and open up book marks and new pages, turn off my wifi and my backspace button only prints a p, instead of backing up a space.

I have reset it and done a partial delete, and called customer service, to no avail.

It acts like it's stuck pressed in this area perhaps. Anyone have any idea's?

Have you tried cleaning the screen with some screen cleaner? Be sure to use actual screen cleaner, not Windex. I have had instances where oil/grease buildup on the screen registers touches under the smudges or keeps the touchpad from seeing my actual touches.
