Hi, my Nokia c5-01 got dead without any life signs. I want to know if i can access his memory with an adapter or something like this. This is an old phone, from 2012.

Thanks!

@tcbr10 it's really not possible for the common DIY'er to get to the memory. It'll be best to try and get it to power on and then remove/backup the files the common way. Start with what @strongbow is suggesting.

Here is the troubleshooting flowchart for your phone for the No-Power situation

Nice to see this phone actually had a fuse by the power cable connector!

Here is the component layout Component for your board. Again, this is just supplemental information to the answer given by @strongbow.

@tcbr10 of course it never fails. I have anything but the 01 variant. Let's see if we can use the rest of the C5 family to figure it out. All the tests ask first for a current consumption test. You need a ammeter you can connect between your phone and your charger. Replace the battery and see what you come up with. If nothing else you could take a picture of the main board and post with your QUESTION that might allow us to identify more of the circuitry and the components. Adding images to an existing question

Looks like it might be possible to do a memory dump with one of the flasher boxes that are still for sale. those files will of course not look like anything that you and I could just read. Seem to get harder to come by and way more expensive, then it might be to repair your phone.

You’re probably better off trying a new battery if it still has the original in it. I have a Nokia 8310 and got a new battery. Now it works great.
