Screen and Touch bar are black when lid opened after sleep

When the macbook is opened after folding, the screen and touch bar are black, the keyboard is bright, the macbook still running, i can hear the sound when i press enter while i don't fill my password. I have to hard shutdown by power button to make them work.

I tried a lot of software solutions but didn't work. I think the problem is caused by the hardware and I think it's the hall sensor.

Has anyone had this problem and it has been solved, please help me
