screen rotated won't go back to normal

the data on my ipod is not right side up anymore.

it is all rotated to the right. It won't go back if I turn it. Also, I've tried to reset it. Nothing will make it go back to normal. How do I fix this?

you use two fingers to rotate it 90 degrees on any screen
