How Can I upgrade iPhones RAM?

i am wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to take my 64gb Memory from out of my non working iphone and put it in my new 8gb?

You can transpose the motherboards but you can't remove memory separately.

wrong there are small little chips that you can do but its really risky and you need a heat gun and solder gun . i done it before i it worked . make sure you have the same model

you may consider others answer as wrong, but you are giving a wrong answer yourself. jay is talking about possibly replacing the memory of an 8gb logic board with the IC from an 64gb, and that is not possible. Your firmware may not know what to do with those chips. There are plenty of people on here that do board level repair, and replace even the smallest SMD components, but in general it is not a DIY repair. I concur with my colleague pollytintop, it is not possible for the average DIY'er to replace those. Replace the whole logic board.
