Tengo un Land rover discovery 1995. El motor funciona pero los vidrios de las puertas no suben, ni bajan. Que hago? Alguna solución?

me dijeron que en el interior de la puerta hay una caja que si se puentea se resuelve el problema. alguna ayuda por favor.
