Why does my heater only blow cold air?
My air conditioning seems to be working apart for the fact that I don't have any warm air. Ihave checked all the relevant fuses and they seem ok.
Is this a good question?

Jim,
First check to see you have a coolant mixture in the radiator. Do this by allowing the car engine to cool, removing the radiator cap and filling with a water/coolant mixture. If there is not enough coolant to circulate in the system, it will not fill the heater core and you will only get cold air.
Start there and check back with us.

Are we talking about a car AC or home AC?In a car this can be due to malfunctioning of Thermostat.
In a home AC it depends on the type of AC itself and the heat generating mechanism.
It will help me to help you further and better if you supply the model number of your AC.
